    Can’t believe I’ve never thought of using an apple corer. I’ll make a hole-y jack-o-lantern this year!

    Made the lentil burgers and tangy dressing, we just loved them. Mine did not stay together as well as the picture, but it does not matter. They are good for you and yummy, great for a vegan like myself. Will make them again for sure. thanks

      Try using less bread crumbs next time. The mixture should be quite sticky. Press the patties together rather tightly.
